Onboarding states
SignUpForm, LoginForm and every login-state page, ApplyStart, ApplicationLayout and its rail, the six application sections, ReviewSection, ScreenedOutNotice, VerificationRoster and IdentityCheckPanel from packages/ui, each in the state that's hard to reach on demand: a server rejection, a personal email domain, a second person at the same company, an incomplete owner, a rejected upload, a retake request, a declined business, a 320px column. Fixtures only.

Login states
One page per PropelAuthLoginState, since CFX owns every hosted page. OrgCreationRequired is /apply, the next section; Finished has no page, because the host sends the user on to the dashboard.
LoginRequired
Log in to CFX
New to CFX? Get started
"Log in to CFX". Any password other than apex-freight-2026 fails with the server's message under the form.
TwoFactorRequired
"Enter your authentication code". 123456 verifies; any other code fails and empties the input. The form focuses its input on mount, so the specimen mounts once it is fully on screen.

Turn on two-factor authentication
Your workspace requires it for everyone who signs in. Once it's on, signing in also asks for a 6-digit code from an authenticator app.
"Turn on two-factor authentication". The QR code is a placeholder image. 123456 turns it on and swaps in the backup codes; any other code fails.

A second application for a business that already has one slows both down.
Daniel, signing up the day after Maya opened the application: two people at one company on different days, which auto-join can't catch until a domain is set. Join leads, and the create form under it warns that a second application slows both down.

A second application for a business that already has one slows both down.
Press Join: the fixture refuses with the member-limit message, under the row it belongs to.
Application frame and rail
ApplicationLayout with its rail and collaborators, the current route being where a returning applicant resumes. The rail and the submit gate read the same sections, so they can't disagree. Rail links are inert.
No section started
Company
Placeholder body. The section's form renders here.
Every marker open, Company current, and Review and submit counting six sections to finish. Below lg the rail is a disclosure above the body and the collaborators drop under it.
Part-way
Owners
Placeholder body. The section's form renders here.
Three complete with who finished each, Owners half-filled with its draft date and current, and three sections to finish.
Every section complete
Review and submit
Placeholder body. The section's form renders here.
Review and submit is current and reads Ready to submit.
ApplicationRail in a 320px column
Collapses to a disclosure reading 3 of 6 sections complete; open it for the list. The fold is viewport-driven (lg:hidden), not a container query, so on a viewport 1024px or wider this column shows the full list instead.
Company
What the server can reject that the form can't know, and the two inputs that change the form's own rules: a personal sign-up domain and a country other than the US.
CompanySection · short name taken
Company
How the business is registered, what it's called on CFX, and what it does.
A draft with apex as the short name. Save and continue: the fixture rejects it as taken, and focus lands on the short name.
CompanySection · save fails
Company
How the business is registered, what it's called on CFX, and what it does.
Every answer valid. Either button fails with a form-level message and no field errors, and the answers stay.
CompanySection · personal email domain
Company
How the business is registered, what it's called on CFX, and what it does.
Maya signed up with gmail.com. The auto-join checkbox is disabled whatever domain is typed, with the reason under it, and a complete save never stores it as on.
CompanySection · incorporated in Mexico
Company
How the business is registered, what it's called on CFX, and what it does.
Legal structure is free text and the tax ID has no EIN format check. Switch the country to United States: the free-text structure clears, because it isn't one of the US codes.
Restricted activities
The prohibited-business screener. The answer that keeps the application open is selecting nothing, so that is what the primary button says.
ScreeningSection · nothing selected
Restricted activities
CFX can't open accounts for some kinds of business.
The primary button reads None of these apply. Select one and it becomes Save and continue.
ScreeningSection · one category selected
Restricted activities
CFX can't open accounts for some kinds of business.
Moving money for others without a license is selected, so the consequence sits under the list: submitting will close the application. Clearing it removes the warning.
Addresses
Whether the physical address is asked for at all, and the one rule only it has.
AddressesSection · physical same as legal
Addresses
Where the business is registered, and where it actually operates.
Uncheck Same as legal address and empty physical fields appear; check it again and they go without losing what was typed.
AddressesSection · PO box as the physical address
Addresses
Where the business is registered, and where it actually operates.
Save and continue: the client check rejects PO Box 4417 on the physical street line before the callback runs. The same text on the legal address is accepted.
Expected activity
Five required answers and two optional ones, unanswered and answered.
ActivitySection · empty
Expected activity
Where the money comes from, what it's for, and roughly how much moves.
Save and continue: each unanswered group gets its own message and focus moves to the first. Countries is optional, and says what leaving it empty means.
ActivitySection · filled
Expected activity
Where the money comes from, what it's for, and roughly how much moves.
From the finished application, with Mexico listed. Remove it and focus goes back to the country picker, and the US-only hint returns.
Owners
Each owner is checked as it's entered; the list-level rules are raised together on Save and continue, and a server rejection lands on the one owner's field it names.
OwnersSection · no owners
Add yourself prefills Maya and disappears once her email is listed. Save and continue with nobody listed raises only the missing owners: certification isn't checked until someone is.
OwnersSection · an owner missing details
Sofia has no date of birth, so her collapsed row reads Missing date of birth. Save and continue opens her editor on that field and lists the certification too.
OwnersSection · server rejects an owner's email
Every owner valid and certified. Save and continue: the fixture returns fieldErrors["own_sofia.email"], which opens Sofia's editor with the message under her email. Save draft succeeds.
OwnersSection · ownership over 100%
Maya 60, Sofia 30 and James Whitfield 25: the line under the list reads 115%. Save and continue raises Ownership adds up to more than 100%, with no single owner invalid.
Documents
Uploads persist as soon as the host records them, so the answers only mirror what it holds. Rejections come from two places: the slot's own type and size rules, before upload, and the host's reply.
DocumentsSection · nothing uploaded
Three slots, two required. Save and continue names both missing slots and moves focus to the first upload button.
DocumentsSection · required files uploaded
Two files from two colleagues, the optional ownership record empty. Remove calls the fixture and drops the row; a new file joins its slot's list.
DocumentsSection · host rejects a file
Upload a PDF named fail.pdf: it shows as uploading, then the fixture refuses it with the host's message under the slot. Any other PDF, JPG or PNG uploads.
DocumentsSection · 10 KB limit
The formation slot is capped at 10 KB, so a real PDF is refused with its size and the limit before onUpload runs. The other two slots keep 10 MB.
Review
The submit gate reads the same incomplete sections as the rail. Three ways to arrive at it, and the page an application that screened itself out lands on. Edit and Go to links are inert.
ReviewSection · sections left
Review and submit
Check each section as it will be submitted. Use Edit to change anything first.
